Invite your recruiting team to Naqwa
Add company admins and recruiters, assign roles, and keep hiring collaborative across offices in Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Hiring in the GCC is rarely a solo effort. Naqwa lets you invite colleagues across Doha, Dubai, and Riyadh offices so everyone sees the same candidates, scores, and statuses.
Roles in Naqwa
Each team member has a role that controls what they can do:
- Company Admin — full access: jobs, candidates, billing, team invites, settings
- Recruiter — manage jobs and candidates; cannot change billing or delete the company
Assign Admin sparingly — typically HR managers or hiring leads. Give Recruiter access to line managers who review candidates for their departments.
Send an invite
- Go to Settings → Team (or Invites depending on your portal version).
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their work email and select a role.
- Send the invite — they'll receive an email with a link to join your company workspace.
Invited users who don't have a Naqwa account will register first, then automatically join your company.
Plan limits
Team member limits depend on your subscription:
- Free — up to 2 team members
- Starter — up to 5 team members
- Growth — up to 15 team members

Collaboration workflow
- One recruiter publishes jobs; others review incoming candidates.
- Use candidate status (new → shortlisted → rejected) so the whole team sees progress.
- Company Admins handle plan upgrades when hiring volume spikes — common before Qatar National Day campaigns or Ramadan retail seasons.
Removing team members
When someone leaves your organisation, remove them from the team immediately. Company Admins can revoke access under Settings → Team without affecting historical candidate data.
