Creating your first AI interview link

An AI interview link is the fastest way to screen candidates in Naqwa. Share one URL and let applicants complete a structured interview on their own schedule — perfect for shift workers and candidates across Qatar and the GCC.

Create a job posting

  1. Log in to the Naqwa portal and open Jobs.
  2. Click New job and enter the role title and description.
  3. Paste your full job description — Naqwa uses it for CV matching and interview question context.
  4. Set difficulty and interview type (general screening, technical, or practical assessment where available).
  5. Save and Publish the job.

Get your interview link

Once published, Naqwa generates a unique candidate-facing URL. You'll find it on the job detail page. Copy the link and share it via:

  • WhatsApp or email to referred candidates
  • Your company careers page
  • Job boards (Bayt, LinkedIn, GulfTalent, etc.)
  • QR codes at recruitment events in Doha or Expo venues

What candidates experience

Candidates open the link, register with their name and email, upload a CV, and complete the AI interview. They can pause and resume on mobile — important for applicants who don't sit at a desk all day.

Naqwa records responses, runs integrity checks (tab switches, timing anomalies), and scores the interview against your role requirements.

Review submissions

Open Candidates from the sidebar. You'll see each applicant with:

  • CV match score
  • AI interview rating and summary
  • Cheat or integrity flags (if any)
  • Status (new, shortlisted, rejected)

Filter by score to prioritise top applicants before scheduling in-person interviews at your Qatar office.

Best practices

  • Write specific job descriptions — vague posts produce weaker CV match scores.
  • Close the job when you've filled the role to stop new applications.
  • For technical roles, enable practical assessments on Starter or Growth plans.
