Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing Naqwa you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Naqwa on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Naqwa provides tools for employers to create interview links, collect candidate applications, run AI-assisted screening, practical assessments, and review results. AI outputs are decision-support signals only — final hiring decisions remain the employer's responsibility.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Naqwa to discriminate unlawfully.

You are responsible for configuring interview requirements and for compliance with employment, immigration, and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trials and plan limits are described on our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Candidate data

Employers act as controllers of candidate personal data processed through their interview links. Naqwa acts as a processor providing the technology. Employers must provide appropriate privacy notices to candidates.

6. Intellectual property

Naqwa retains all rights in the platform, branding, and software. You retain rights in your job descriptions and candidate data. You grant Naqwa a limited license to host and process content as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI assessments are error-free. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time through the portal or by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
