How to set up your Naqwa company workspace in Qatar
Register your company, verify your email, add a payment method, and start screening candidates in Doha or across the GCC in under 15 minutes.
Setting up Naqwa for your Qatar-based company takes less than fifteen minutes. This guide walks through registration, email verification, plan selection, and your first login — whether you're hiring in Doha, Al Wakrah, or across the wider GCC.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to the Naqwa recruiter portal and click Register. You'll need:
- Your full name and work email
- A secure password
- Your company name (as registered in Qatar or your operating market)
On step one, Naqwa creates your user account. You'll proceed to billing on step two before email verification is sent.
Step 2: Choose a plan
Select the plan that fits your hiring volume:
- Free — ideal for pilot projects with a small team. No credit card required.
- Starter or Growth — includes a free trial. You'll complete Stripe checkout to verify your card; billing starts after the trial period.
Most Qatar SMEs start on Free or Starter when hiring for one to three roles simultaneously.
Step 3: Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification link from Naqwa. Click it to activate your account. If you're on a corporate email system, ask IT to allowlist emails from Naqwa so verification and candidate notifications aren't blocked.
Step 4: Complete your company profile
After login, open Settings and confirm:
- Company display name (shown to candidates on interview pages)
- Team members who need access
- Notification preferences for new applications
Step 5: Publish your first role
Navigate to Jobs → Create job. Add a title, description, and interview settings. Once published, Naqwa generates a shareable interview link you can post on LinkedIn, Bayt, or your careers page.
Tips for GCC employers
- Use clear job titles in English (and Arabic on external job boards if required) — Naqwa matches CVs against your description.
- For high-volume retail or hospitality hiring in Qatar, share one interview link across multiple outlets and review candidates centrally.
- Invite a colleague as Company Admin so hiring continues if you're on leave during Ramadan or national holidays.
